Colorado Runner Events is please to announce the addition of a new Kid’s Run to the already popular Winter Distance Series races. The Kid’s Run will be a 1,200 meter (0.75M) run following the first half mile and last quarter mile of the Winter Distance Series race courses, using the same start and finish lines as the 5K/10K and 5M/10M races.
The cost for the Kid’s Run will $15 (per-registration and race day). Each athlete will get a t-shirt in children’s sizing, a bib number, and a timing chip. All finishers will get a finishers ribbon. Results will also be posted based on gender and age. The Kid’s Run will begin at 10:00 AM.
Children are encouraged to per-register to help us with shirt sizing. Also, parents are allowed/encouraged to run with their child.
